What do you think about sitebased.com

I am going to be developing it soon. Got any ideas for it? I was thinking of putting up free reasources and stuff like that..

What do you think the value of just the name is?
What do you think it could sell for developed?

I think the name itself isn't worth more then $10-$15 wholesale.

I think if you developed it like startname.com has (only for webmasters, not domainers) it could do well developed

Not sure of its value but it could be used as a Site Builder website, like sell turnkey sites based on various products/types/services etc...
