Established Site with decent traffic and revenue

I am looking to sell the website www.altercoder.com (PR3 without the www.)which makes around $200 a month sales revenue (not a fully stable income), put adsense on this month which has made $13.

Receives at least 3000k unique hits a month.

Looking for a BIN only sale.

I dont think it is wise to advertise this until lepunk has offloaded his site...of which I am the highest bidder!
Reason being there may be dozens of same content sites as your own.
Sorry he really has crapped on you from a great hight!

My site is very different at the moment, i have re-programmed a lot of it.

For example mine has a custom coded forum, actual decent traffic, adsense revenue, many many paid advertisings etc etc.

The site itself is actually doing really really well.

Lepunk has officially dissapeared, his site is the illegal version of mine and i have asked for it to be removed.
