Site Valuation

I'm thinking about selling my site, but I want to know roughly what it is worth.

The site is http://wiispin.com and it has been up for four months now. The site is PR3 and has 296 pages indexed by Google. You can see the stats for the site at http://wiispin.com/stats I haven't earned a lot of money from the site, but I haven't really tried yet, and I lack the knowledge to monetise the site correctly.

Roughly what would you price the site at?

Nice traffic

The website has a clean layout and great design. Nice domain as well. However, there are alot of game related blog websites with such content. ALso the forum does not seem to be very active.

Try promoting the site some and the forum alittle more busy... ex pay to post or so.. THat will raise the websites value alot..
