I think there is potential for high $xxx certainly.

There are many potals like this. I think it would potentially be of interest to someone who runs a full online game atm, almost as a "cafe" section for the users.

Hello, honestly I am pretty sure you will not get a response from IGN or Gamespot as they are both San Francisco corporate companys. Gamespot is owned by ZDNet.

Sorry but if one of them owns videogames.com then they really probably wont be interested.

Just a tip.

I would intiially get there Admin Contact from uk2.net

Then call, confirm who is in charge of their web activities and then email that person with a proposition.

Be sure to explain where the BENEFIT to THEM is. If they can see the PLUS/BENEFIT, they will pay the $$

This applies to almost all sales based around built sites imo. good luck.

I would also try : planetarion.com (as they are now owned by Jolt!)

I disagree with the appraisals so far. I dont think you could really get a XXXX or even high XXX offer because you dont have much members and it is pretty new. The skin is also not exclusive and the stats are not that high for a forum. I think wait a few months then sell it by then you could get a nice payday.

I think depends on the market. I think to assure a 4 figure site plus domain you need a well established site that has advertisers, unique hits (1000 sounds good), visitors that keep coming back, and most of all what the buyer wants.
