Ok guys. Two domains I've owned for a while...would be grateful for some opinions please

Thinking of developing it as a well branded comparison portal a la reviewcentre.com....
but curious as to undeveloped value...if any....

flipside...do you reckon it would be worthwhile value if developed?? I have no idea what this type of portal commands value wise?
