hey guys here is a site i am workin on right now.ive got about seven hours into it (design and animation) im wondering what your guys opinion is on the white banner with the guy in white....is it to plain???? disreguard the logo ,its just a placeholder ...general feedback would be appreciated thanks!

thanks guys ..this is my third or fourth shot at a flash site...my boss tells me that NOONE uses white like that against dark colors..he thinks it would look better if i had some sort of color texture or image instead of white....I completely dissagree because having light colors against dark ads depth and vise versa i think it helps draw the eye to the artist and artists name.....

please give me some ammo for him...although the truth is more appreciated even if im wrong! thanks
