Hi, yes i know... slap my wrist! 
Yet another design for Warley Scouts but i have a good reason (to cut it short its because the current design doesn't meet the needs for new sections of the site).
I have only done the homepage but i am sure you can find alot to critique as it is quite packed.
A few notes:
Valid HTML
Valid CSS
The image under the text changes every time the page loads (uses PHP not javascript)
Any comments on grammar, design would be great.
I would like feedback on the logo, the link to use image also.
