site about to be improved

Hi, we are about to re-work www.streamsend.com quite a bit, including the navigation. Please give any suggestions on how to improve this site.

The goal of the site is for visitors to at least sign up for a free trial in order to try out the service or sign up for a paying account. Does the site seem to setup to achieve this goal well?

Is the written material seem good and complete? We also have a knowledge base of technical support content.

We think this is a great service, and want to make sure that the website reflects that. It is a decent website now but could be made better, I think.

are you sure it's not a template? it's overall good designed professionally, but i can't get the size of the banner logo using firefox 1.7.12.

Why do you have two nav bars at the top? Also Login + submit are not verdana login is timesnew...
I like the look and feel in general. But it would have been better if you had roll-over menus

I dont see any banner and there is no FFox 1.7
The latest version is Firefox 1.5 for Windows.
What you are talking about is Mozilla suite which isnt FFox. Download link for Moz suite.

Good suggestions. I agree that red is not the best color there and the nav bars thing has to be dealt with better, too.
