domain Single word .us with nice site and traffic - what's it worth?

As the title suggests, I'm looking for people's thoughts as to the value of www.contemplate.us as it stands.

With nearly 3,000 quotes and proverbs, browsable and searchable through a truly unique design - which is of course XHTML/CSS, tableless, and w3c validated - this site has good 'stickiness'.

Some stats

Last month saw, (October 2006), 42,677 unique visitors who viewed 329,416 pages between them.

Pagerank: 4
Alexa rating: 126,461 with a 7-day average of 67,076.
1,910 pages indexed on Google with results such as:

[*]'take time to think' = #1 & #2 out of 301,000,000

About 790 back-links on Google.

3,107 pages indexed on Yahoo! with about 3,600 'inlinks'!

Currently rated 5th hottest site on hotornotdesigns.com

Linked from stumbleupon, digg, del.icio.us etc.

No income as I've never monetized the site.

So tell me, what do you think this is worth?

Awesome concept on the design! Simple but very effective! I'd think with that kind of traffic, it'd be better to try and monetize it yourself with small Google ads that match the subject of the quote on each page without being too intrusive.

A site with that kind of traffic will fetch a lot of moolah. I'd guess $3-5K would be a bargain for someone.

I love the site design as well. Great site. I would also value it in the low x,xxx range - But I would find a way to monetize it effectively.

I am not an appraiser by any means but that site sucked me in mightily!

I would go with Brimans suggestion of putting a small adsense block under the quotes and see if you can make some money that way.

Or maybe a CPM program that will pay you per 1000 views (You would have made something out me atleast )

As for it's value if sold, I have no idea at all as I am not experienced enough to give you one. Sorry
