Simple Wordpress Website Required

I need a new website designed for posting prices of products, similar to priceindia.in. I think its based on wordpress.

I do not require any articles as of now. I just need the platform where I can add/remove categories, sub categories, articles. Also, the designer will have to take care of the installation on the server as well.
