Simple wordpress tweaks

Hello all,

I need a couple of tweaks into an wordpress theme.

Basicly I want to add a magnifying glass and a search form similar to this one:

The intended result is:

I also need to insert an image of the accepted payment card in a bootm bar, something like this:
