I am somewhat new to coding, so I need some simple help. In this website I am designing I want the content section to be expandable, how would i go about doing this? Right now it just messes up all the other content boxes.

I would use CSS for that type of layout. It would be much less coding and more efficient. Not to mention it is up to date coding and validates easier.

First of all, you definitely need to compress your images, or do anything to improve load times.

Following ComputerGeek, yes, use CSS. With CSS, you can define the width as a percentage of that person's current browser window size. You can see a working example here (although under a browser window width of about 300 it gets broken...): http://www.cheesy.ca/mathhelp - try squishing your window or stretching it to see the effects

Well first of all you need a lot more CSS, and hopefully get rid of all your Tables and turn to DIV Class/ID's. If you need help on that you can start by reading DIV Layout Tutorials... Because Tables are simply uncustomizable like divs :D
