Simple HTML, Wordpress or another CMS?

And I'm simply stuck in this decission.

I would go with a CMS over HTML.

Do not get stuck, use wordpress and some plugin for listings. Mixing them you ll be able to create what u want easily.

Wordpress is indeed a good idea. It's a pretty sturdy platform, excellent support and a huge community. This means you always get help and can hire people who are specialized in it (plugin/theme creation, depending on your future needs).

I'd say Wordpress (or any CMS you feel comfortable with). HTML is OK, but, when you start having content to update, it's a nightmare. Not to mention a CMS will get you extended features (via plugins), so you'll be able to use more stuff.

Well, If you are not a techi person and do not know how to code in HTML and in CSS. Then you have to go with WordPress easy to install and easy to use but I suggest you to buy theme and plugins what ever you are trying to use never go for free stuff...

I suppose it's what you are comfortable with. I have always hand-coded my sites with HTML. If you don't know HTML it might be easier for you to use Wordpress or the like. That being said, HTML isn't difficult to learn. Just remember that the visitor isn't interested in what your site looks like but the service it provides so it doesn't need to be a work of art!

I used Wordpress once because I wanted to quickly put up a blog. It drove me nuts so I wrote my own! It drove me nuts because like a lot of products it had a million features but I only needed one of them. Also it was difficult to incorporate my own code into it.
