Simple HTML Question

This is the code I'm using now, but what I want is a text box that's not transparent in any way, but it has an invisible scrollbar. Possible?

Where it is bold, after the "#" insert the hex color of the background color you would like. The box automaticly changes so you don't need a scroll bar. :blink:
