Those logos look really cool. Nice work.

I'm not that keen on the domain name - in terms of search-ability etc. But I do like the look of it and think that it does have something going for it. But at the moment, without development, I would say reg fee.

I like logo#1 just cause it is so simple yet effective!
As for domain name, as I think as it is brandable..more than reg fee.

Repped you paperbaby, tried to rep you briguy but the system would not let me.

Yeah, that second is a bit too much, I think.

Anyone else?

Love,
Marcia

logo#1 for me too. Simple but effective. I do like the name 'Shurm' although as it is means nothing as far as I know. But it strikes me as possibly brandable alright. Nothing springs to mind immediately. But perhaps something light-hearted/funny is my first initial impression. Hmmmm, not sure on shurm - its very shurmugenous. I like that word whatever it means :).

Repped, thank you.

I think it's most popular as a Surname, I think that's why it appears in G's serps 171,000 times in quotes.

However, I just sold this domain.

Please no more comments.

I like logo#2 better. It's more interesting and reminds me of a magic mushurm. The domain could possibly be more memorable because of the more interesting logo.

Good luck with it.
Jay.

Wow, logos are awesome, well done.
Think you should hold on to this one, you never know when some airline or large mobile provider starts up a company with that exact name. It could become a "Google" type name, where no one is searching for it now, but everyone knows it in a yearsโ€™ time. Could work for some torrent download site also, well that was the impression that the second logo had on me...

So much for reading people, but while we're at it... Logo #2 best imo. It is a good name and will sell to an enduser for a decent amount.

#1 is early "web 2.0" style. It's pretty dated. Something you would have seen in 2003-04. By today's standards it looks like a rough draft. I would probably avoid that general style altogether.

#2 is even more dated. That looks like boom era artwork. Very 90s.

As for the value, $20-$50 reseller. It's too difficult to pin down end user pricing on these kind of domains. The best you can do is just pick a figure and hope it sells. $100? $500? It all depends on the likelihood of someone settling on this name rather than brainstorming a new one for $8 at GoDaddy.

I would appraise this name like all 5 Letter / 6 Letter names i appraise:
You can't appraise such names, simple as that. Might be that you get an offer from a Startup willing to pay 1K for it,,,,might be that you have to drop it in 1 or 2 years because you didn't receive a single bid on it.

Simple as that: No Appraisal Possible

This is based on my own experince with selling 5 letter names. Some of them which i liked very much, never sold. Some of them which were ok but nothing special in my opinion, sold for mid /high xxx.
So i know what i am talking about

Sure....hmmmm....

Logo 2 would appeal to muddled shroom users typo-ing their way to shroom.com

What is the purpose of creating logos here? Wouldn't an end user create their own.

I actually do not like the way this word sounds when spoken, sounds to me at best like a sci-fi fungus. OK call a planet after it.
