Thanks to @Lox we now know, that Microsoft owns the domain copilot .si

SI, clearly, stands for Super Intelligence in this case.

Do you own any .si domains?

I'll start with the one I have;

Roboter .si

How about you?

Yep,
and just btw:

.SI could also stand for something else:
Singularity.
could also be interpreted as "Swarm Intilligence". Recently OpenAI introduced Swarm, and
Swarms.ai sold for $23K

Some Developed site (not sure if the're directly based on SI).

Swarm.ai (owned by unanimous.ai)
TheSwarms.ai
TheSwarm.com
SwarmOne.ai
Swarms.ai and Swarms.xyz (redirect to swarms.world)
SwarmAI.io
Swarmcommunity.org
Swarm.work
SwarmAI.store
Swarmbotics.ai
Swarmdynamics.ai
SwarmZero.ai
Swarmbase.ai
SwarmTechnology.us
Swarmingts.com
Swarm.engineering

SES AI is the first battery company in the world to accelerate its pace of innovation by utilizing #superintelligent AI across the spectrum of its business, from research and development; materials sourcing; cell design; engineering and manufacturing; to battery health and safety monitoring

Ses .si is taken by a Slovenian company with same name.

Batteries .si is available. For how long? ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I have finally completed my analysis of the registrations in the last days of June, when Superintelligence went viral in this forum.

Between June 23 and June 30, 2024, 1,080 .si domains found a new owner. I was curious about the ranking by Domain Holder Countries.

Result:
  • >15%: Germany, USA, India
  • approx. 4%: Canada, France
  • approx. 3%: Ukraine, Great Britain
  • 1,5-2%: Portugal, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa
  • approx. 1%: China, Israel, Nigeria, Australia, Finland, Thailand
  • >0,5%: Greece, UAE, Lithuania, Moldova, Pakistan, Jamaica
  • 1-3 registrations: Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Algeria, Bangladesh, Korea, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, Uruguay, Egypt, Ireland, Philippines, Serbia
  • no registrations: Slovenia and the rest of the world
The usefulness of this evaluation? It would be nice to skim the list with interest. I find the (inferred) diversity of the domainer community appealing.
I often play around like this. Looking forward to an efficient and time-scheduling superintelligence. :xf.wink:

Let me get this clear: nobody from Slovenia registered their national domain for a week? I know it's a small country, but come on...

This is not meant to be derogatory.

I must add that I worked through my watchlist of 11,500 domains for this small evaluation. Of course, this does not claim to be exhaustive. Of the 1,080 watchlist domains registered within eight days, mostly in English, not a single one was taken by Slovenians.

We also have to realize that the top keys have been occupied by Slovenian companies and private individuals for up to 30 years.

For heaven's sake. I am nobody, said Odysseus to the Cyclops. I really have no ambition to increase my popularity. Since the reference to Homer could seem boastful: There is the German fairy tale about Rumpelstiltskin, a probably bipolar goblin who sings while dancing: "It's a good thing that no one knows that my name is Rumpelstiltskin."

About the stats:
Dot .si has grown with superintelligence from approximately 154,500 registrations in mid-June to approximately 159,500 registrations today. The number of new regs is higher than the difference between these values because around 1,000 domains are dropped every month.

May - October = SI citizens/companies 893
Many websites are half-backed or out of function, even older reg. names s.a. private.si (the PRIVATE D.O.O. (Ltd.) company running business on spyshop.si vs private.si (defensive reg.)

Regards

Very interesting.
That's the difference between horse-drawn farming and the giant machines in the American Midwest, folks. May I ask if you use public sources for your data @Lox?

Just a small update -

Had a solid inquiry on Documents. si. Started with $500, countered $3000. Prospect upped to $700, I lowered to $2500. Prospect said it was the the best he could offer. I didn't sell. Must be a domainer. This was in Dan.

Also got a lead in Afternic, same domain. 3 weeks, now it is stalled. Not sure if it will continue again. No idea.

So, though early days I think .si will gain its popularity very soon.

Please don't share it in Twitter or anywhere else or else my BIN will become meaningless. This info is only for the NamePros .si community.

And if the prospect is here, let me know. Would love to speak to you again.
