In my opinion, http://www.vip-ip.net/vip-ip is good when compared with the first one. But both are not professional. :hehe:

I wouldn't switch, first one looks better.

The layout of the first one looks better than the second one. Although I don't really like how there's a picture of a boy on the first one. It makes the layout look newbie-ish, and the same thing goes with the banner ad on the second one.

Probably you should make your layouts more professional if you want people to be convinced to hire your services.
