Should I register a name which ends with mafias? Pls advise

A client requested to register a name which ends with mafias.com but I have been thinking whether to go ahead or not,Please I need advice

It really depends on what the client wants it for... There are legitimate companies that have "mafia" in their name, for example in Finland (My country of birth) there was a legitimate radio station called "Radio Mafia".

He could be using it to bring to light truths about mafias etc... such as http://www.CorporateMafias.com

He could perhaps be planning to sell books about the different mafias... Or mafia movies, videogames etc...

Anyway, If your client is involved with the dark side, then personally I would avoid getting involved...

I would check tm's and if thats ok, as long as their site fits the description and doesn't violate any tm, i would think it may be ok.

Well just on uspto.gov there are 112 registered trademarks with the word Mafia in them.

But I had to giggle at how many are, well let's say, no longer.
Here is one of them:
