The domain expiry & the terms were stated @ the begining of the auction.

What do you want to do?

Run away from the terms or what?

What terms are you talking about, infact this whole auction was invalid..as in your OP you posted:

see - this auction ended before even starting, therefore no bids are valid :D

I already pointed that out but you ignored that becoz you were too much into selling your expired domains to this poor guy who overlooked the date of expiry..

My post might make you furious but trust me I dont want to have an argument with you, its just that I personally dont feel its right when the bidder wants to tell you that he has overlooked something and you are threatening him with the terms.

Dear ctapik,

I realise a mistake in my listing on the auction ending. But i have explained as soon as you asked.
For expiry, b4 posting - the forum needs the registrar, expiry date & mentioned the same. (Especially if the domain expires b4 60 days)

Also I explained the criticality of getting payment & pushing the domain immediately - if not, payment will be refunded.
So the basic concept i put is the buyer can get my domain & renew for himself.
I was aggressive in replying him. Why? Instead of realising his mistake (bid b4 reading expiry date which is clearly mentioned), he was putting comment "NOT GOOD"

Thats why I used those words.

There was nothing against him or anybody.

I have got payment & pushed the domain & gave him TR +ve.

Also I mailed him that he can get refund if he want.

That is nice of you and I appreciate it :)
as far as the buyer is concerned, I have a feeling he is not going to renew the names.

I asked him I will refund if he wants.
Since he asked not to refund, I didn't do so.
