domain Shopsmarter.org for reg

I landed shopsmarter.org for reg value a few months ago and have started to develop it as a shopping directory and local business search engine (not a PHPLD). All instances are registered and I figured maybe I caught a lucky drop.

After picking it up I enquired about the .com and the owner wanted $80,000 for it! After I picked myself up off the floor from laughing so hard I thought maybe I had made a better deal than I realized. What do you think a fair value is for it?

Sounds to me like the seller isn't motivated right now. It might be good to give them a lowball offer and then try back in a few months.

Actually, I was just trying to get an estimation of value for my .org It has a score of 300 and 220,000 exact references link;shopsmarter.org

i think its a good name and perhaps the .org adds to it , perhaps low x,xxx ?

Keep in mind I only own the .org I'm not looking to appraise the .com but just the .org as I'm dveloping it into a shopping directory and business search engine.
