.club usually has one word sales mostly. Being a popular new gtld, I believe it is yet to pick up on the two word sale, if it does.
For now, I would say low xxx if you can sell. Finding a buyer for this would be difficult.

I do not really feel this two word domain name - I would be very surprised if the name would resell for any profit larger then USD 50 within 1 year. The reason is that there are so many alternatives available to it which are for reg fee..
