You can not argue over an appraisal. ( Forum rules) Take it as one person's opinion on the domain. If you ask for appraisal and if everybody says that the value is xx,xxx$. You are mislead and others who read this forum are also mislead. The domain worth low xx$ to mid xx$ for a reseller.
