For the name I don't see any value only if you can sell to www.shishapub.pl or am I missing something?

Like everyone said, the name is worth a reg fee, if undeveloped. If your plans are to sell it, you might want to contact the owners of "Shisha" pubs in Europen counries such as: England, Holland, etc. Good luck!
