Well, if you ask me. You should take the next highest offer for the domain, because it has been 3 day's since the last bid already.

im not sure, after all someone may not have been able to afford to go over the highest bid so they were unable to enter the auction but they may have been able to bid higher then the next highest, if that makes any sense.

i would personally say it would be more fair to restart the auction, but i am not really any part of this so....

Well yeah that's kind of what I was thinking. Because say nobody outbid the highest because they weren't interested in bidding that much, but they might have outbid higher than the second highest bid. Kind of confusing to explain but I know what you mean.
