Ok lewis, looks like im back on the old server as the situation with the current one looks like it wont be fixed i will use the old server i have changed my nameservers to
ns1.polate.com ect.

So keep the account on the old server!

I always get instant email notification if I receive a PM. Also my priority is managing the Polate customers server and not so much as my own.

The server you are currently hosted on (My private one) is set up to how I personally need it, hense it being my personal one. The customer one is made so that it suits our customers only.
