Shared hosting in New York, Apache PHP 5?

Hi,

I've been googling for a shared server in New York (or very close to it) with unlimited traffic, running Apache + PHP 5 -- disk space can be under a 100 megs, has anyone found such a thing for a reasonable price? No VPS or dedicated required- trying to find something under $15 (or even $10) a month.
