I would drop. Lots of good deals for under $40 in Godaddy Closeout domains.

Also on these forums, bought a few domains under $50 from forum members.

Toe.is just doesn't cut it.

Only 1 public sale for keyword TOE in any extension, Toe.info sold 3 times.

So it's a long shot to say the least.
