Approach Shaftesbury Town Hall, or the Tourist Centre. Never been there, but I know it's popular. That domain would be perfect for either tourist information or some other kind of civic info site. Maybe the public library would be interested as they often have relevant 'info' on the town for visitors etc.

Town Hall officials have also got more money than sense as they are throwing taxpayers money around. You could get a decent price for that if you play your cards right.
