I've been sitting on this domain for ages. I bought it to do a local listing site but never got to it so is just sitting there.

I'm wondering if there's any value to it. Any help appreciated.

I feel almost no value in it..it is geo limited, it is in .net (where even great keywords sells pretty badly recently)..it can be maybe used as personal page or personal blog of Madrid enthusiast, but probability that this person will pay any significant premium on the name is coming close to zero, imo.
