It looks to me like you are right. If you wouldn't have said anything, I never would have noticed. I think it's an honest mistake. Send me 100NP and your Name.com account number and I'll push it over to you.

It would seem you are correct - the domain has been pushed already so I can only offer a sincere and public apology for a GENUINE MISTAKE.

Hmm that would be more than lighting_blue bid for the domain, Although I fully understand you are not at fault lighting_blue should not be forced to increase his payment to get the domain that was rightfully his.

The best I can suggest is that you transfer the name back to Brummie Boy and he refunds you the namebucks and he can then sell the domain to lighting_blue for the price he bid.

My mistake. I just calculated $2 (the amount I paid) into NP$ and came out with 100 NP$. I wasn't trying to make a profit. I agree totally that lighting_blue should not have to pay more. I should have said that the seller should refund 50NP and lightning should send 50NP and account information so I can transfer/push.

If that doesn't work, then the seller should refund 100NP$ and I'll push it back to their account and I can get out of this error all together. Then the seller and lightning can work it out.

In any case, it's an honest mistake and there should be a simple solution. :)

Small mistake here: I bought it and it was pushed to my account some two days ago, since the time since last bid had elapsed. But your mistake is understandable, since Brummieboy apparently forgot to mention on the thread that it had been sold. Actually, I was just visiting it to see what was left.

I am happy to do whatever everybody else wants - if lightning blue (who seems to have dropped out of this conversation) still wants the domain and sends me payment and bionichead is willing to push the domain back to me I will refund him via paypal (the method used for payment!) and push the domain to lightning blue, so let me know guys what you want to do please.

Sorry for few last days, got quite busy day.

Brummie Boy, Yes, I still want the domain, remember I PM you before I take my vacation ?

So based on Peter's suggestion, perhaps its better way to finish transaction between 'David' bionichead and Brummie Boy first, and then we just finish our transaction, Brummie Boy.

Thanks to all, Brummie Boy, 'David' bionichead and NP Staff, Peter.

Problem solved. Domain has been pushed to the rightful winner (which unfortunately wasn't me). But since I'm here posting, I might as well bid $1 for sutue.com.
