Hi,
I'm currently specializing in non-English domain names, so I 'm selling my websites. They have not been developped nor optimized since at least a year, so each of them has a good growth potential. I've got no idea of the revenue, because Google allows only 200 channels and I use them all, mostly with my website centreurope.org. I'll add more websites in this thread soon.

1. addwebhost.com
Developped website with dozens of pages of valuable content.
Created in 2004 - Expires end 2010
PR3
15/20 visitors a day on average
You can use for free the existing hosting.
BIN: $250
2. Quake2.us
It's a website about a videogame. I purchased it on eBay some two years ago because it was a PR7. Now it's a PR3. I'm not very familiar with .htaccess, but I've been said that the PR could be higher by forcing www.quake2.us and not quake2.us.
About 10 visitors a day.
BIN: $250
3. Racetowhitehouse.com & Racetowhitehouse.net
Developped website about the US Presidential elections.
The original website is from 1999, but it has become a parking page rapidly. It was available again for registration in early 2006, but I have not been able to have the domain indexed in Google. For this reason, I registered racetowhitehouse.net and developped it. Now that racetowhitehouse.com is in Google again, I think that the new owner should better 301 redirect racetowhitehouse.net towards racetowhitehouse.com
About 15 visitors a day.
