Check the end of the thread for the latest LLL.in drops. Current full available lists are posted intermittently by members, and the most current would be toward the end of the thread also. Otherwise, user Chandan often has an updated available list on his external site, here: Available LLL.in Domains list - Indian Blogs

It's quite likely that it will. I think the lesser quality names will be left alone but I'd say all names with good letters will get picked up pretty quickly. Once all the good ones are taken again, slowly slowly the lesser quality ones will also go a little later down the line. imo.

Thanks for the lists. I doubt I'll be around at the drop times, but I'll try to catch one of two via other catchers.

:)

Most probably not. One man's loss is anothers gain. Those who see the opportunity will grab them. No triple premiums in those lists but lots of great doubles.

Hasnt the buyout already failed since there is that one no one has registered yet from a drop a few days ago or is that gone now too?

VWX.in still is unregistered and available.

Technically yes. :)

Well, vwx.in now has historical value as the name that broke the buyout. Makes it worth buying, I would think :)

Looking at Google adwords traffic estimates for Indian traffic. An awful lot of the good names are not all premium. Some of the ugly ones might turn out to be good investments.

And Wx means "weather" so ... Virtual Weather maybe ??? Wx is also "works" eg, Video Works...

Not to mention the letters are sequential - which is just kinda cool.

Anyone got a list of premium/nonpremium letters in Hindi?

The buy out will not hold.

Most of the domains dropping over the next couple weeks are not worth registering at this point. Some are horrible. Besides, the worst LLL.ins that were registered in late December and early January have yet to drop (they most definitely will not be renewed by their owners).

These domains will be worth something in the future but there's no reason to pay $13 for them now and another $13 next year when you can buy better domains in the aftermarket.

Sounds like you have been unable to catch any drops!
If your not going for drops, that's one less person I am competing with...
thanx for that!

Cheers

My opinions are not based on my ability to catch drops.

If you have an extra $5,000 or so laying around, I'm sure you'll be able to pick up some ugly LLL.ins in the coming weeks and sustain the buy out... and I don't think you're going to have much "competition" to register them.

And speaking of competition, that's the reason the buy out won't hold. There's not enough resellers looking to pick up the LLL.ins that are dropping. While the good ones will be gone quick, there's too many bad ones and not enough speculators to sustain the buy out.

ps- If people were passing on VWX and UFB, I doubt anyone is going to jump on:

ZQF
ZHW
ZWS
ZWA
YVK
ZQL
FZR
GZT
NVQ
ZYJ
ZVI
ZVE ... and I could go on.

I hope I'm wrong about the buy out holding but I don't see how it will.

It was me that regged VWX.IN and UFB.IN

And I own about 1000 LLL.IN now and are planing to register many many
more. Just need to come some few weeks into the new year so i can
start using some extra cash on LLL.IN. But will already the next few days
start to register more LLL.IN when many drops.

My best sale this year was a name most peoples would not
register it had only 1 Premium letter and 2 bad letters. I got $2800
for the name from a Chinese Company that is Planing to start doing
business i India from 2009.

Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder.

Just for records,
ZVI.IN is not a bad name. If you don't apply the same premium letters to India, I would say that ZVI.IN is double premium.
