For .in's , I had one PR4, many PR3's and PR2's. PR does not depend on TLD , though there are other restrictions

Just goes to show how much non-asians understand the local ref. BTW, if USA stopped financing pakistan, their economy would collapse. Their GDP is even lower than Bangladesh and only about 5% of local population even speaks English.

In fact, there is hardly any difference in the Indian and Pakistani people. Only the politicians and some country bashers can't seem to get it right and there is a reason for this too.

The peoples get along great, lots of their artists (singers, composers, poets, writers, actors etc), intellectuals, sports figures, etc. have a lot of Indian fans and vice versa. And when travelers from one visit the other, locals treat them really well.

But, like dhscott said, from a business perspective, your info is totally wrong.

Making money has no boundaries, if I thought I could make money from .pk, I'd invest, irrespective of everything else. (I've got some Tuvalu names too - .tv)

Though a high value generic in any extension might eventually be valuable, it's more a question of which will be higher in the same period of time. Here is where .in wins hands down.
