Setting up Free Forum site for PHPBB??

I would like to make a website like :

http://www.armbell.com/

Some how they use phpbb in the background...
ANY IDEAS

We use this same script you need to buy it from http://sebflipper.com/ it allows you to run free IPB 1.3 and PHPBB very good script IMHO.

Yea i use this i got pm i wouldnt worry about it PHPBB ar clutching at straws if it was against GPL it would have been pulled long ago this isnt a new script it has been around a while now. Also so many ppl would lose there bussiness it is unthinkable. I hope.
