Server Search Engine - Custom Coded - PR3 Home Page - PR4 Inside Pages

This is a project that I was working on for awhile. It took some time to develop this site. I had intended this to be the flagship of my business, but due to some issues I was experiencing I have not been able to promote it aggressively.
DedicatedServerSearch is a well built server search website which features the following for users:
1) Server Search Based On Specifications
2) Host Quote, for them to receive quotes from server companies
3) Articles relating to the hosting industry
HOSTING COMPANY FEATURES
1) Built in advertiser area that does the following:
a) Hosts can register for free and add up to 5 server plans to the database. These are instantly searchable by all visitors to the site upon addition.
b) Hosts can upgrade to "Premium" status. Premium status allow hosts for a set monthly fee of $19.95 to be able to add unlimited server plans, along with showing above all "free hosts" in search results. Premium plans also get access to the "Server Leads" that are submitted by users. In their advertiser area they will get access to all the leads submitted by visitors of the site, allowing them to contact the users with offers.
c) Hosts that upgrade also get access to the built in banner management system. Hosts can place banner ads in the formats of 120x60, 160x600, and 468x60 with varying rates. Currently the pricing was set as follow:
120x60 - $199/month
160x600 - $399/month
468x60 - $249/month (Bottom)
468x60 - $299/month (Top)
These rates can change in the admin area to whatever you wish. Currently it is set that only 5 banners can be rotated per spot to ensure maximum exposure for each advertiser, this can also be adjusted if needed.
d) Hosts can join the "bidding" system. The bidding system allows all premium hosts to bid for the top positions in the search results. This allows seperation between premium hosts. Premium hosts receive "featured" icon next to their listing. Those interested in the bidding system, make a deposit (minimum deposit of $25), then set their ppc bid amount, and based on the bid amount, they will be placed within a set position in the results. The higher your bid, the higher your listing appears. It's basically a PPC.
e) Hosts can joing the "Featured Hosts" system. This system allows all premium hosts the option to be featured on the home page with a 290x100 banner ad that appears on the homepage and above all search results giving them premium exposure. This feature is listed at $499/month. This price can be changed in the admin area.
f) Hosts can unsubscribe from the premium system if they so desire, edit their profile, review past billing statements and change their password. Hosts who have banner advertisements can also view their banner statistics based on impressions and clicks for each banner.
ADMIN AREA

The site has an extensive admin area for managing the functions with the website. It features the following:
1) Company Management.
Add new companies
Edit companies
Delete companies
Change status of companies
Review payment transaction id
2) Rate setting
Set the rate of premium status. Includes integration of Paypal, 2Checkout and Google Checkout as the payment methods.
3) Quote Management
Review quotes
Change status on quotes
Search quotes based on date
Delete quotes
4) Featured Plan Membership
Set pricing
Integration of Paypal, Google Checkout, 2Checkout
Review featured plans
Edit featured plans
Review transaction id
Delete featured plans
5) Banner Membership
Set pricing
Integration of Paypal, Google Checkout, 2checkout
Review size formats
Edit size formats
Review current banners

Add a payment transaction for a company that was not done automated. For example if a user paid by check, western union, or wire transfer. You can then update the client's account using this function.

Sort money made by specified dates.
Sort money made by specified service type.
9) Change Password
Allows you to change password of admin
10) Mass Mail
This allows you to email all current members all at once.
11) Article Submission
Add New Articles
Change Status Of Articles
Edit Articles
Delete Articles

This site is well developed, CUSTOM CODED from scratch. This is not a pre-made script. This took awhile to develop, and was expensive to develop. This is *NOT* your typical sale as it is not based on revenue. This site is *NOT* making any revenue as yet, and is not receiving much traffic. Only a few hundred per month, as it's not promoted. The only promotion so far was links from my other sites and submission to a few directories.
The only reason I am selling this site is to raise funds to pay off some financial committments. I had no intentions of selling this, as I've put quite a bit of work, time, and money into the development of this site. This site can take off really well if promoted, but I cannot promote it at this time due to my other financial committments.
I'm only willing to sell if I'm able to at least cover my development costs, for further details, please PM. Based on how bids go I'll post the BIN, which will be slightly above my development costs. Only seriously interested parties should post.
