Server matrix....hot or not?

going to probably be getting a server from these gusy

SRLNet currently has 4 servers at The Planet/ServerMatrix. We have been very happy with the network and the company, but it does seem that they have been somewhat overwelmed with recent growth and it has affected there support response time. It does seem to be backing a comeback recently.

I would not have a problem recomending them and we have had servers there for over a year.

SM has pretty good support and quality servers. Recommended.

Based on the responses not only here but other people, you wouldn't regret your decision to go with them.

I only hope their growth, long term, doesn't negatively affect their service and support.

SM is a very very good company.

I run / operate a server with them, no problems, tech support takes around 5 hours to reply (but im GMT +10, bad timezone).

Tech support is good, server works well. No complaints.
