Picked this up last year and developed a site on it.. I haven't done anything to it since (nor have I managed the site). Was originally regged in 2004. Domain is PR3.
Domain gets natural search engine traffic from 'local seo' related keywords... any thoughts as to what you think it's worth and/or the best way to sell?
