SEO tips site - your thoughts

I started out an SEO blog a while ago. I haven't had the chance to test it under different browsers and what not. Also all feedback about design is welcomed. Thanks alot for reviewing it.

Interesting articles. I am currently revamping our company's blog system that we will implement as a news/blog on our site. We were planning on having our company bio repeat at the end of each blog page - does anyone know if this is good for the ranking, or if google identifies repeater text?

Pretty sure my host server was down for a bit. That shouldn't be a problem from now on.
