He means the title tag, all the bolding in the articles and probably the millions of links in the sidebar.
It doesn't look natural.

ok...title bar has 5 keywords...how many should it have?...3?..4?...bolding in articles..i'll cut some back....the links in sidebar are all posts, pages, and categories....

perhaps you can find out what "keyword stuffing" is and how many characters the major search engines actually read, and then post your findings in your seo blog.

The colors are nice but the sidebar is overpowering. So many links I don't even see them anymore. You might want to chunk them up somehow, giving them natural groupings.

yeah....i know...i need to figure out how to "clean that up"..........i made the home pages static...is that ok?.....will i lose PR because of no constant updating on home page?...even though i update the other pages?

here's my review
so, first of all add more content on the first page, or get rid of some of those links
add the favicon
you're focusing on too many keywords, especially geo...you put india as well as toronto
try concentrating on less

For SEO tools on the right, I think it would look better if there would be like a drop thing..click and they drop down

and get rd of the home link from the top-right menu

First of all I agree there are many keywords in the title.

Website name appears in starting which could be moved in ending by rephrasing the sentence.

Same thing applies to the meta tags.

I would not use javascript if possible.

Well everything else is in its place as this is wordpress.

javascripts?...unless they came with template...i have not added any javascript coding....

You have a wannabe link on the footer of the page without the ending tag, just after "SEO designed by ".

For a clean website like that you shold have used floating size for font.

Well, I've just visited your website and it's fixed. It was missing the endin tag, ie. </a>
