Seo regarding subdomain url

with it have a huge seo benefit if its like this
http://www.example/howtobuyccthis ?

does the search engine look at subdomain url to give you better ranking?

first of all that is not a subdomain... (http://subdomain.domain.ext)

second of all, it does help to have some sort of words in your url, so the second one is better.

all url's should be descriptive.. it helps search engines better identify and classify your content
