Hello there,
I have an SEO scenario and need a professionals help.
First off:
I have an outstanding rating of 100%, on 135 transactions thus far,
on this forum. I am solid and will pay. I am an active member of this forum and don't want to risk my rating. Furthermore, I am a PayPal "Top Customer" and a Verified Business Account, which is my method of Payment. Payment to you will be guaranteed to you, regardless if the payment is given to me, by the client.
With that stated:
I am currently working with another SEO provider that I am satisfied with, but do not have client money up front, to fulfill a certain clients SEO work order. The client has always paid on time, but doesn't have a lot to money to work with currently and that's why they use me. I also do SEO Services myself, alongside using other contractors. The best contractor that I have, will not do upfront services that are needed. I will have him on other client projects, but this particular case is not an every day occurrence.
What I need is someone to get me to the top, if at all possible and as quickly as possible (ethically, white hat) for 3 keywords. I am already listed in the first page of Google.com for 2 of them. I have a high trader rating here and am good for my money. I reiterate that I am willing to cover the costs, if the client does not pay up, when agreed.

Ranking Currently in Google.com: Position 4
Payout for top spot (if at all possible): 140 Per Month, for life of client. GOOGLE, YAHOO, BING
Payment Terms: I need results within 2 months, before I am able to pay a dime to anyone. You put me there and find a way to keep me there, at all times, whenever possible.

Again, if my current contractor could work with me, I would continue to use his services as I am completely satisfied. As of right now, I am looking for someone that can take this risk scenario up, in exchange for long term payouts and additional work. Again, I WILL offer other work in the future, to the contractor(s) that can deliver top spots, up front. I own a company and am stirring up business on a regular.
