SEO needed!

Hi all,

I've just had the standard 1,000 directory and 100 social bookmarks done, but i need someone who knows their SEO to help me get my relatively new site up to the next level.

The site is http://www.workingaway.co.uk and deals with seasonal jobs in the UK - lots of hotel work etc.

The site is ready, and now i need it to score highly in search engines.

So, what can you offer me? What can i do on the site to help me?
