"Send PM" link in thread

wasnt there a "send pm" button in every post?
like when I click it, it will send the person a pm, with their post quoted, and title of the thread in the title of the pm?

Click on the persons user name and in the menu that appears it is the top option.

As far as I can remember that is where it has always been.

You cant be bothered using the dropdown under every members name ?

I knew someone will say this. There is more as I said hahahha. It should also include with their post quoted in the body, and title of the thread in the title of the pm.
