Established Selling hosting website with traffic

I am selling the hosting domain in my signature.
Due to some health issues, we (husband and I) won't be able to keep up with the website.
Clients were already transferred, so this is just for the domain/website.
Domain is registered with namepros, and it is a free push to your account.
The new website and such launched last month(hence the spike in traffic)

It is 20 GB + 400 GB for $39.10/month, which is optional if you want to continue that or not.
Included: Cpanel, whmcs (which is customized), fantastico.

Where is the traffic coming from ?
Have you had any new clients since you transfered then all before ?

I guess a starting bid would be $20.
Traffic is from various places... a lot advertisements on a web hosting forums (paid and non paid)
I have stopped the ordering process so no new clients can sign up.
