Established Selling 3 sites - cheap - proxy, topsite and keyword site

I'm narrowing down my sites and focusing on some bigger ones I want to promote (also moving into another field of interest).

Selling 3 sites:

1. KickFilters.com - a super fast proxy licensed by Cybernaut using his super fast and low on resource script - 65$ (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=218815).
It had been submitted to dozen of top sites and gets about 400-500 uniques a day (see analytics report attached).
Revenue of about 4-5$ a month on adsense.
SEO done - lots of SE Traffic.
Free push at Godaddy.

Asking for 110$ - looking for a quick sale.

2. TopProxi.com - Proxy top sites - using a free script
PR3 and about 40-50 uniques per day (see attached).
Revenue of about 2-3$ a month.
SEO done - lots of SE traffic.
Free push at Godaddy.

Asking for 100$ for it.


3. Equity-Mortgage.info - High paying keyword site, using dynamic RSS and XML reading to create a live content page. No promotion done yet.
Assume no traffic and no revenue.
Free push at godaddy.

Asking for 25$ for it.

why top proxi don't show stats for their sites?

Google stats is attached and the proxi stats are on the site.

my fault.srry. It is possible to change the stats of the inside of topproxi? no ordened by their unique in, ordened by their hit?
