Established Selling 3 directories with PR good revenue

I am selling three directories
iMobilecentral Directory http://www.imobilecentral.be
Central Directory http://www.centraldirectory.net
iRotater Directory http://www.irotater.com
My first directory iMobilecentral was launched in Feb 2006 at that time the directory was free for some time and then converted to a paid directory.
Central Directory was started few months and was also a free directory in the biginning and then converted to paid one too.
iRotater Directory started in November is a free directory but has made $234 by selling featured links
So the oldest of my directories is more than 1 year old.
I previously ran the directory at www.imobilecentral.be/dir/ many recommended me to shift it to www.imobilecentral.be so i shifted it just few weeks before the PR update so the inner pages have no PR as they are new pages you can also visit http://www.imobilecentral.be/dir/ and www.imobilecentral.be/links.html which are part of the old site that have PR
iwebtool has predicted a PR of 5 for www.centraldirectory.net
Why I am selling this directories?
I need some quick cash to pay tuition fee
www.imobilecentral.be is registed in eurodns.com till Dec-07
www.centraldirectory.net and www.irotater.com are registed in domainrightnow.com free push available
My directories have together generated over $1600 for me.
So starting BID is set at $1500 USD

The main revenue is generated from selling featured and regular links
