Not saying it will get there but if the person who places a bid for $100 or above WINS the auction they will receieve a 10% discount off of their final winning bid.

Example : user randy bids $100 but then loses, whoever does win pays full price

Example #2 randy bids $100 and wins @ that price, he pays $90
