Seeking Experienced PHP Coder

I realize this might not be the best place to post for this, but I am looking for a coder experienced with PHP.

I plan to start a website soon from an existing PHP script, however, it's buggy as hell. I also want to add some custom features and interfaces. The script will run off of a standard mySQL db, so you need to know PHP and SQL.
