Seeking developer partner for project

I am seeking an entrepreneur to partner with on a promising project. This is something I would usually do myself but time does not permit.

The ideal person would live in Australia or be available for chat 9am – 6pm AEST. Dedicated with skills in forum posting, creative writing, coding, and a passion for succeeding.

This would be a joint venture 50/50. I would provide a grand or so plus the first client or two (around another grand in revenue) plus whatever software or server(s) required. I am a firm believer that someone with an interest in a projects success will work harder and be more dedicated.

Your job would be to build the website to specification (not a huge site but does require custom coding), promote the website to its target market using existing plans and using your own initiatives to excel growth.
