Seeking affordable custom wordpress design

I have a blog that is powered by wordpress. I'm pretty happy with my current design but I want to get a custom one. I want something very similar to what I have that can work with all plugins and the latest versions of wordpress.

I'm looking for a very affordable price but also if anyone wants to do a free design, I will include your link at the footer and write a post about you and the new design. If anyone is interested please PM or leave a comment below.
